U+2007 and U+2008 are too wide

U+2007 (Figure Space) should have the same width as a (tabular) figure. One of its use is stand-in for digits in an alignment.

U+2008 (Punctuation Space) should have the same width as a (tabular) comma/period. One of its use is stand-in for thousand separators in a big number.

Also, there seems to be a round error for U+2004 (Three-Per-Em Space).

Agreed on the first two: it looks like the fonts have inherited widths for those characters and should be updated.

The UPM value of the fonts is not divisible by three, so rounding is unavoidable. Currently rounded up to 334/1000 units. Could be rounded down to 333/1000 units.
