I think that the sections "13.1.4.1. Finding a Threshold for Statistical Significance" and "13.1.4.2. False Discovery Rate (FDR)" should be moved before "13.1.2. Calculating the Upper Bound of the False Discovery Rate with the Benjamini-Hochberg Procedure". Reading about FDR before learning about methods for controlling FDR would have been more helpful for understanding the chapter.
