i18n download via Control Panel

Hey Jack.

Currently it is not really user-friendly to install or update translations as a non technician. Therefore, I think it would be a logical step, as far as the quality of Statamic is concerned, to add the possibility to install and or update the tranlation files within the Control Panel. This would make the maintenance of already updated Statamic installations much more easier and it could be even done by the customers themselves if a update was available.

I would love to have that feature. It's not a simple thing though, and there's so much to do, It's hard to know when we'll be able to add it.

Sure. You'd need some sort of database that saves the current version of the translation. Furthermore, it would be necessary to have older translations still available in case of a downgrade.

Anyhow, it is already a good sign if you guys want that feature too 😃
