Scheduled account locking

Use node-scheduler to implement account locking for specific amount of time, for few areas like restrict user to perform any action on the application for 1 day or 2 days... based on the situation.

Hey, I have worked with NodeJs before but did not come across node-scheduler thus would like to learn and resolve this issue !
