Unable to Create the Files in Folders and Sub-Folders

Describe the bug

When I create a new Folder and trying to create a new file it allow me to create but second time system don't respond to my clicks and iam unable to create new files i clicked multiple times but noting Happened

Steps to reproduce

1. Create Folder
2. Create File in it
3. Create another file in same folder by clicking the new file button of that folder

Expected behavior

When i click to create files in Folders, system should be responsive to create and allow me to create the files

Parity with Local

• I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
