Struggle to use application url

Describe the bug

I have tried private sharing my application url, both as secret url, and private url sent to my key contacts. I don't feel comfortable publishing yet, so I wanted some people I trust to review, before I can publish.
But the url is not working.
I clicked that I have run locally to reproduce the behavior, but only because your system forced me to do that. I cannot reproduce it, since it's something about sharing an application url so users can access my app from Bolt server.
I browsed the Internet, and I'm advised to publish, as the only way to get through this.

Expected behavior

I expect my application to become accessible to my team, and other people I invite, when they have the URL.

Parity with Local

• I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
