Unable to connect to port 5173

Describe the bug

Tried repairing package multiple 20 +times but unable to connect to localhost:5173 through bolt or stackblitz, bolt changed the port to 3000 still no luck!

• I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
