What's required to get the first major version released?

• [] Work out an approach for no-release versions.
  • Should it error?
  • Return the current version? What rule would that return?
  • Does it need configuration options?
• [] Work out an approach for testing git specifics (PlainOpen, Tags etc)

Current no-release version behavior (v0.0.1):

Shows the current semver version

$ git-semver
0.0.1

Shows a bump rule of nothing

$ git-semver --rule

This is actually desired behaviour for tools like poetry.

poetry version ""

The above will output the current version without bumping. Allowing this to be used in CI without generating a new version for these types of releases and without erroring.
