Output Window Not Coloring with ReSharper 10 - VS 2015

I had VSCommands 14 for 2015 installed on VS 2015 (with ReSharper 9.2) and has been running fine. Today I upgraded ReSharper to 10 and now build output coloring is no longer active. I even uninstalled and reinstalled VSCommands to see if it would reset the coloring to no avail. Wondering if you can look into it.
