Provide more control over DefaultErrorAttributes' wrapping of errors

See #46260 for background. It could be useful to have a strategy that can be provided or a method that can be overridden to control how errors are wrapped.

I've read through the background in #46260 and understood that we need a more flexible way to control error wrapping behavior in DefaultErrorAttributes.

I am interested in working on this issue. Regarding the implementation, I agree that providing a strategy or an overridable method would be a good solution.

Proposal: Personally, I think introducing a simple strategy interface (e.g., ErrorWrappingStrategy) might offer better composability, but simply exposing a protected method in DefaultErrorAttributes could be less invasive. Do you have a preferred direction?

Thanks for the offer, @CodingMasterLSW. I'm not yet sure on the best approach. We'll have to do a bit of design work to figure it out. I'll update the issue's labels accordingly.

To help visualize the "protected method" approach and aid the design discussion, would you be open to me submitting a Draft PR with a prototype implementation?

It might make it easier to evaluate if this direction (exposing a protected method) fits well with the existing DefaultErrorAttributes design versus introducing a new strategy interface.

Let me know if this would be helpful, or if you prefer to discuss the design concepts here first.

Thanks for the offer. The changes themselves are pretty straightforward so I don't think they need to be prototyped. The team just need to find some time to discuss which approach we'd prefer to take.
