Hi, I’m the creator and maintainer of leakguard.

leakguard is a Rust library and command-line tool for redacting secrets and personally identifiable information from logs, text, and other output. It detects things like emails, IP addresses, credit cards, API keys, tokens, private keys, IBANs, and more.

I built leakguard to be fast, simple, dependency-free, and easy to use in real projects. It can be used as a library inside Rust applications or as a CLI tool in scripts, pipelines, and CI checks.
