Spending less time on clusters, more time on science.
Hi, I'm Julia, a computational physics PhD student at the University of Manitoba. I built ClusterPilot because I was losing hours every week to the same manual loop: write a SLURM script, figure out the dependencies on the cluster, upload files, submit, SSH back in to check if it finished, download the data files, repeat.
ClusterPilot automates all of it. You describe your job in plain English, it generates a correct sbatch script for your specific cluster and job, uploads your files, submits, and sends a notification to your phone when it's done.
Sponsorships go toward Anthropic API costs for researchers who don't have their own key (~$10/month per active user), and toward the time I'd otherwise spend on my thesis instead of writing code.
ClusterPilot is MIT-licensed and will always be fully functional as a self-hosted tool. A hosted tier for zero-setup access is planned. Your sponsorship helps make that happen sooner.
A small disclaimer
Sponsoring does not mean I'll prioritize your feature requests or fix your bugs faster, but I'll always try to help regardless. It just means you believe this tool should exist and want to keep it going.

A friendly gesture. Covers about 300 AI-generated SLURM scripts on my API budget. Every bit helps and is genuinely appreciated.

Selectπ Supporter
This is the tier that keeps the lights on. It covers one researcher's full monthly usage through the shared API key, which is roughly 800 script generations, uploads, and job submissions. If ClusterPilot saves you a couple of hours a month, this is the math that makes sense.

Selectπ Patron
You want this to grow. Covers multiple researchers' API usage and funds the hosted tier, DRAC cluster support, and whatever the beta testers tell me to build next. Your name goes in the release notes.
