Reviewing the python interface?

I did not look into the progress of this, so there is not much I can review, but looking at the .pyi interface I do notice some things that I want to flag. I do not have the rust knowledge to help on that side so will have a few questions to get in sync on some of them. I plan to make some sub-issues from these based on the reviews.

For this one though, I want to confirm, what are the plans for moving the marker outside of alpha phase

What issues would be must-haves for that? I think the only 2 from my perspective are:

• Converging and locking in to an interface
• Having a compatibility layer with spglib where the integrated tests there are green

I can update the development-status classifier to Beta now. To be honest, I have not been paying much attention to that classifier, so I do not have a strong reason to keep it as Alpha.

On the other hand, I would like to keep the version as v0.* for now. The main reason is maintenance: I want to use the same version number across the whole project, and some Rust-side functionality has not yet been ported to the bindings. Also, some spglib features, such as layer-group support, are still missing in moyo.
