issues with MIDI control over BPM

Once a MIDI control is mapped to the BPM, the following issues manifest:

• the purpose of the scale (1.00 - 0.00) isn't clear when used with Note vs CC events (value inversion needed but not possible in some cases?)
• the mode (absolute/relative), hold and velocity params aren't clear and may not perform as intended (?)
• most importantly, the current mapping display and the clickable element to remove it is drawn out of bounds
