A common problem with this design is a poor layer adhesion on the z-axis. Actually the print orientation of the model is sub optimal as fdm prints weakest point is the layer adhesion - especially when layers only have a small surface. In this model, two problems come together: some layers indeed have a small surface while at the same time the tension on the z-axis is especially high when the part is mounted on a bike.
Rotating the part to print the y-axis in z-axis direction could possibly solve this problems and highly improve the stability.
