Provide comprehensive API specifications for API users.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Use Docusaurus to document the API specifications.
• Implement Hono 3rd party middlewares: Zod OpenAPI with Swagger UI for generating and displaying the API documentation.
• Add a specification.md file to the project.
