Add telemetry

I'm interested how many people are using SadCamper. Perhaps you could add a telemetry call as the first order of business logic to SadCamper?

@Karma-X-Inc how did you manage to implement your telemetry? When I go to https://www.karma-x.io/hc_usage/ nothing shows up. I refreshed over and over again and it never worked. You I think you may have password protected the URL. Seems very secure.

Good idea @dirtybirthdaycake! We believe @Karma-X-Inc simply greps their apache logs for requests to "/hc_usage". we will do the same for SadCamper!
