Investigate best way to capture dark rate changes through time

We currently have several ways of monitoring the dark rate, but nothing that really looks at how it evolves across the detector over time

We had discussed perhaps making a gif of the dark rate over time, but this has apparently been done (from the start of dark observations up until September 2014) .
