"OpenGL Error: 1282 (Invalid Operation)" when using "(internal)" shaders on 1.12.2 #8151

I am on OptiFine HD G5 Ultra on version 1.12.2, I have OpenGL 4.6.0, NVIDIA driver 581.80, and my GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with 6GB of VRAM, which should be fine, but when I turn use internal shaders with Old Lighting on, it gives me the "OpenGL Error: 1282 (Invalid Operation)" error in chat, you may be like "turning off the error messages should fix it" but here is the problem, Old Lighting straight up does not work, I installed a pack called "i hate shadows" to fix this however it only works with Old Lighting turned off and even with that, entities still have shading, and I don't even know why this error happens
