Description of Issue

uniform float blindness; always be 0.0, even when player have blindness effect. darknessFactor seems working correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In Sundial Lite, when you have darkness or blindness effect, distant objects should be black to clamp your view range
  2. Give yourself blindness effect and see nothing happen

We can see I'v give myself infinite blindness while the blindness uniform is still 0.0 in renderdoc capture.
