Ringing Sound Angle Slider Not Localized

In other languages like Spanish, the degrees symbol still gets pronounced in English, in this case with a Spanish accent. For the Ringing Sound Angle, we could replace the degrees sign with the word "degrees" localized. Then the text has to be reformatted with a space after the number so that it looks right.

It looks like the English and Spanish symbol for degrees is different. We could just localize the symbol. The reason why I think they are different is because the description is localized properly but not the slider itself.

After further investigation, it appears that the entire slider isn't localized. Voiceover doesn't switch to Spanish when changing the app to Spanish but keep the iOS settings in English. Even when switching the language in iOS, it still announces the slider in English but with a Spanish voice. Could we add it to Language Formatter or something?

Sorry I was on the road, so I didn't get to do a thorough analysis of the problem. I'm home now, and I discovered that the word "degrees" was actually spelled out in the slider. That's the reason why it wasn't localized. We could keep it so it looks that way, so we could add an English string that says "15 degrees for the default setting". But another thing we could do is write it with the degrees symbol like this, "15°". The second way has the advantage of automatically pronouncing it as "degrees" in English and "grados" in Spanish. Right now this string can't be edited because it's not located in the localization files.
