Add "Double Tap" Hints for Some Buttons in Troubleshooting

I think it would be a good idea to add a VoiceOver hint for the "Troubleshooting" buttons for "Tile Server URL" and "Delete All Markers and Routes" for consistency with the rest of the buttons. I'll try to write these VoiceOver hints, but feel free to rephrase them to sound better. The "Tile Server URL" button could read "Double tap to change or reset the tile server's web address". The Delete Markers & Routes button hint could read "Double tap to clear map data and delete markers and routes".

I'm not a big fan of hearing double tap all the time when using voiceover, or redundant hints in general. I'd rather get rid of any accessible descriptions and hints that aren't completely necessary. Most of the time the text on screen is exactly what the VO user needs to hear, since they already know how to select an item by double tapping.

Anyway, I'm afraid I have to manage the time I have to spend on Soundscape and prioritise issues. It might take a while to get round to purely cosmetic issues because I'm concentrating on modularising the app in a new branch with the hope of making it more maintainable and being able to share code between iOS and android. I'm also making long overdue improvements to the authoring tool.
