AUTHORING TOOL: Images are not displaying for my Activity

Description
I took a screenshot to use as an image for my activity but it does not display.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Authoring Tool
2. Create a new activity
3. Fill all the fields (choose Guided Tour, and select future dates)
4. For the image use:
   

Expected behavior
The activity is successfully created and the image displays

Screenshots
The activity is successfully created but the image does not display.

Device Info
Device: Apple Macbook Pro
OS: Sonomo, 14.2.1
Browser: Chrome (ver: 120.0.6099.129)
Browser: Safari (ver: 17.2.1 )

@RDMurray Also, just noticed that the images I have chose for my activity do not display in the app either. I have build 16.
