Migrate to Storybook v6

Storybook released v6 almost 2 years ago, I think it would be high time to upgrade this dependency to the latest version, migration guide can be found here. Multiple solutions are now either working out of the box or have a corresponding addon/plugins available. It also seems that v7 is around the corner so it might be easier to jump just one major version :)
