Feature proposal: readyCallback / errorCallback

Hi !

Rather than having only the 'readyLog' and 'errorLog' log boolean available in the 'RedisModuleOptions', could we have optional callbacks where the user could implement his own logic (maybe more than just a log).

I'd be happy to contribute.
