Telegram First-Setup Problem

Every time I set up Hermes and connect it to Telegram,
I always encounter issues like error 400 or 401.

The steps I have taken so far:

1. Restart the gateway
2. Restart Huggingface

Sometimes the problem gets resolved, but other times it doesn't.
Is there any solution for this 'strange' issue?

note : I have also replaced all the API tokens.
