For some reason, the mmultiplayer executable just decided to stop working with Mirror's Edge. Upon launch, it throws an error and just doesn't run: 0x88760868

Update to the latest version of softimer

In that case I suggest trying version 2.4.0. The only difference between this version and the latest one is the injection process. If that doesn't work I unfortunately can't help.
