Hi John, @softdorothy ,
I noticed on https://www.softdorothy.com/gliderclassic/gliderclassic.html you were using Claude AI to tackle certain issues with Glider. Well, a few days ago I selected LabSolitaire as a test case whether Claude can successfully migrate the project to run again on an iPad. Or even the Mac. Due to my limited time and the usage limits for Claude progress is slow. We'll see how that ends/runs…
Best regards,
Michael
PS: Claude has nice words for your code base (translated from German): John Calhoun is actually a legend of Mac game development – Glider was one of the most famous Mac games ever to pilot a paper plane through a house. When LabSolitaire comes from him, it also explains a lot of the code style: solid, tidy, with the require() macro that you often find in serious Apple code of this era.
