Divider half way section 3.0.0-beta.2

Bug description

When I add a divider to the bottom of a Section in the Breakdance Builder, the divider does not appear at the bottom of the Section. Instead, it appears approximately halfway up the page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Open the page with Breakdance
3. Add a Section
4. Add content to the Section so it has some height
5. Select the Section and add a divider to the bottom
6. Set the divider position to the bottom of the Section
7. Instead of seeing the divider at the bottom of the Section, the divider appears approximately halfway up the page

Expected behavior

The divider should appear at the bottom edge of the Section.

Actual behavior

The divider appears approximately halfway up the page instead of at the bottom of the Section.
