Entrance animations causing sticky header builder elements to disappear when scrolling up on a refreshed page

How to reproduce:

• On a blank site, create a new header that appears everywhere
• Add a Header Builder
• Add some elements with entrance animations (I used Left Scroll and Right Scroll), click Update
• Create a page
• Add a section of height 200vw
• Update the page, then view the page in a fresh tab
• Scroll halfway down
• Refresh - the entrance animations will work
• Scroll to the top, the elements with animations will disappear
