When trying to use this component, I'm getting this error:

I just installed the component, added the import statement and tried to use the Sticky. Did I miss any step?

It seems like it's not working after the transition to prop-types library.

Wouldn't it be a quick fix to this import?

This was already fixed in master but not published as a new release.

@soenkekluth any way you could publish the latest master to npm for people using react v16?
