Add Sign VLAN as Access VLAN on LAN Port on AP

Description

To daisy chain an RPi of an AP, one of the ports must have their native VLAN set to the Signs VLAN.

Acceptance Criteria

An RPi successfully PXE booting off an AP.

To be clear, The port should be set as an ACCESS port with no tagged VLANs and ONLY the sign VLAN (untagged).

I really prefer to avoid "native" VLANs on tagged interfaces.

The acceptance criteria also make this dependent on resolving the IPv6 boot problems in the R.Pi (or choosing a different platform for Signs).

We'd have to figure out how to power the Pi in this scenario as the OpenWRT-One does NOT provide PoE on the 1G interface (or at all for that matter).

As such, and given that we didn't actually have any need to do this at 23x, I suggest we close this as won't implement.
