javascript in href attribute not evaled

when clicking a link like ... envjs tries to follow the link and fails instead of executing the javascript.
I haven't yet tried to fix this myself, the only reference I could find to so far is http://groups.google.com/group/envjs/browse_thread/thread/7638481239b23fdc

I'm personally just dealing with javascript:void() links so far, so I could work around this, but if i'm not mistaken support is needed to drive things like bookmarklets

I haven't tried to use this so I could believe it doesn't work. It's not something I'm going to have time to look at soon, but if you want to generate a clean pull with request with a fix, that'd be great.
