Hex color code only works for red and green

When doing not green (00ff00) or red (ff0000) in Sublime text 3, the color param , no matter the hex, displays a white hex. I've tried so many different colors.

Hmm, well unfortunate news is it is working on mine which means something funky is going on!

Can you check the color scheme file that you're using. There should be an entry like

im using the user/customhighlightmonokai.tm theme and it doesn't seem to be updating this file?

Yea, kind of a short coming of how the theme files work (or at least did when I first wrote the plugin. Try adding color entries similar to what I have above for the colors you want. I'll have to see if they schemes are more extendable now than they used to be.

Reaize this is about a month to late, but can you verify that the color scheme in your user preferences has those entries. You can use PackageResourceViewer to inspect the color scheme files. If not, it was likely changing underneath you. I've added a property to disable the color scheme generation in #22
