CH9350L Documentation

Let me start by saying I'm grateful for your work and am VERY new to working with serial in general.

It appears the dipswitch configuration for BAUD is not matching for 00 and 11 in table for the CH9350L. The reference I used to find this was: https://wiki.kamamilabs.com/images/b/bf/CH9350DS.pdf
This is also evident in the default position being 1 for all of the dipswitches and the default BAUD being listed as 115200.

The baud rates in the manufacturer PDF are listed as:
Baud1|Baud0
11: 115200
01: 57600
10: 38400
00: 300000

Thanks so much for raising this. It's quite likely that this is backwards as the baud rate was the thing I changed the least when reverse-engineering the protocol. I tried 9600 but left it at 115200 for most of my experiments. I'll try and verify when I can.

Would you consider raising a pull request to update the documentation?
