https://gitlab.com/api/v3 is no longer supported

When using https://gitlab.com/api/v3, I got the error "API V3 is no longer supported. Use API V4 instead.".
So I used https://gitlab.com/api/v4 instead and it successfully worked.
Please update README.md with API V4
