Correct pension income receipt process

• Receipt of yPensPersGrossMonth is conditional on retirement. However, process I3a (probability of receiving a new pension) seems to be done regardless of the outcome of the retirement condition (R1a/b).
• A lot of observations in the input data include pension income but not a retirement indicator.
