SAT Turnaround Updates

As of 12/16/2025 the instruments are not completely ready for this. However, we're planning to start running a different "two-leg" default turnarounds for SATp1 and SATp2 during CMB scans only. For planet scans we'll want to use the standard turnaround profile.

I think, depending on how this gets implemented, this will also require configuration updates in with the reference plans or the scheduler-configs. So also submit issues there as desired.

Yeah I think this might be best as a reference plan thing so I can make an issue for it there. I had hardcoded the standard_gen turnaround type for type3 scans but don't really like that implementation. We can have an override that is maybe a dictionary for each scan types.
