Subject: [PATCH] chore: bump PluginVersion to 2026.3.0 (8-char Indigo limit)

2026.2.27 is 9 characters, over Indigo's 8-char version-string limit. Roll
the minor and reset the patch to 2026.3.0 (8 chars). Keeps patch numbers
single-digit going forward (a 2-digit patch would breach 8 chars again).
