Level-1 buttons only work in the center

You should have to move the buttons to the center of the screen to use them

Extending this issue, the buttons can be clicked on the upclick after a drag. this is technically a bug and this issue will be relabeled as such as I believe that fixing this will have the same effect as the previous issue.
