Should delete 1.10 branch

The 1.10 branch has never had a stable tag.

I've created a new 1 branch from 1.10

Seems as though it should be safe to delete the 1.10 branch at this point. Our normal practice would be to recreated it from 1 if it's ever required.

There are a number of corresponding modules with 1.10 branches in lockstep e.g. https://github.com/silverstripe/cwp/tree/1.10 - so these should probably be deleted at the same time

Likely that we should also delete the master branch since cwp/cwp-recipe-cms is used for CMS 4
