"sudo apt-get install libshogun17" not working

when tried installing in ubuntu ubuntu 16.04 LTS using the command
sudo apt-get install libshogun17

it gives
E: Unable to locate package libshogun17

However sudo apt-get install libshogun18 works fine

Same, searched here, the package does not exist:

Maybe we have to update the readme then.
