Update to Angular 22

Update all packages in this monorepo to Angular 22. This includes updating dependencies, fixing any breaking changes, and ensuring all tests pass.

PRD: Update to Angular 22

Context

The monorepo currently targets Angular 21 (~21.0.x). Angular 22 has been stable since 22.0.0 (latest: 22.0.5). Per ADR-0001, each library major version tracks exactly one Angular major version — so this upgrade requires a major version bump of the published libraries.

Goal

Upgrade all Angular dependencies in this monorepo to Angular 22 and publish new major versions of @shiftcode/ngx-core and @shiftcode/ngx-components.

Scope

In scope:

• Bump all @angular/* runtime and tooling packages to ~22.0.0
• Run ng update @angular/core@22 @angular/cli@22 to apply automated migrations
• Update peerDependencies in libs/core and libs/components from ^21.0.0 → ^22.0.0
• Fix any breaking changes surfaced by migrations, build, lint or tests
• Commit with feat!: update to Angular 22 + BREAKING CHANGE: footer to trigger automatic major version bump in CI

Out of scope:

• Updating non-Angular dependencies
• New features or refactors beyond what Angular 22 migrations require
