Throwing knives broke with last csgo update

I haven't seen any console error, the knife is just passing through CT's

Tested in local without any change, seems working again for some reason, will try on my public server

Edit: doesn't work on my public version, sourcemod version might have something to do with this

Edit 2: updating sourcemod to the latest release version didn't change anything, investigating..

Can now replicate: it happens when noblock is enabled. Knife doesn't collide with the player

Update: it's apparently sometimes still able to hit players, but only at weird special angles

I wrote a patch, publishing the PR..
