snappy-conf fails to install randomly

Hey,

My environment:

• Python 3.10
• Poetry 1.8.3

I am trying to build a docker image with esa-snappy. I have discovered that snappy-conf is failing randomly. Specifically:

1. Installs successfully
2. Install fails with a python configuration error
3. Install hangs
