synced analysis requests state are all registered

Steps to reproduce

Current behavior

When synchronizing data using Senaite.Sync all analysis requests are being defaulted to “registered” state

Expected behavior

Analysis request must maintain the state which they had in their previous system

@juangallostra The are the versions we are using Senaite.Core 1.2.9, Senaite.Health 1.1.3, Senaite.Sync 1.0.1.
