Current behavior
Creating Samples requires SampleType to be specified even when a Template has been provided. Note:Template has provision for specifying the Sample Type.
Expected behavior
SampleType should not be required given Template has been specified.- If
SampleType has been specified, then it should override the Sample Type specified by the Template.
