View is moved to the utmost left when opening a dropdown

Describe the bug

When opening a dropdown as part of a promotion, the view is moved completely to the left on smaller screens (ie. screens where you have to scroll right to get to be able to click the promotions)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a pipeline that has enough width to force you to scroll and includes a promotion that takes an option from a dropdown
2. Start the pipeline
3. Scroll right to the promotions
4. Click on the promotion
5. Click on the dropdown
6. See you are auto scrolled to the left.
