Add minScale property

[v-hung]

zoom_widget is great as I can find all the functions I need on it. But it doesn't have minScale.
I want to set a minimum scale value that cannot be exceeded

maybe this is a problem on my side when hot reloading, but when the child length can change it doesn't recalculate according to the child's new size
