websocket connection close whenever i connect to a console

steps to reproduce:

1. run chromium --remote-debugging-port=9222
2. open a random page on chromium
3. run jss-connect and select webkit configuration
4. JSS browser buffer opens and shows all the opened tabs
5. when i hit open console it shows (wrong-type-argument plistp face)
6. hitting open console again takes me to a console but whenever i try evaluating anything it shows "Websocket to tab chrome-extension://gighmmpiobklfe...""Websocket to tab %s is closed."

i did the same thing with google-chrome and had the same issue

os: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
chromium version: Chromium 104.0.5112.101 snap
Google Chrome version: 103.0.5060.53
emacs version: GNU Emacs 28.0.50 (build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, cairo version 1.16.0) of 2022-01-01
websocket version: 20210110.17
